Life Reconciliation in process....

Nowadays I am wearing a thinking cap & pondering over many things in life..…. If boss makes mistake, it is called Strategy...if tailor makes mistake it is called Fashion…if barber makes mistake it’s called Style…if scientist makes mistake it is called Innovation & if we make mistake , it’s called Mistake…Why? My apology…each and every problem has solution provided one needs willingness to find out …if banker makes mistake or error they can do Bank Reconciliation , What about us ? we need to do Life Reconciliation and live healthy life with emotional hygiene
Some times in our life things happens & we just wonder, we need to ponder over it and take action….because if we cant fly then we have to run …if we cant run then we have to walk …if we cant walk then we need to crawl ..Keep Moving! & Keep Smiling :)

I am on Live project in my organization (Future Group) where objective of my project is to minimize variances in system stock & physical stock. Major finding about variance in stock is HUMAN ERROR , system is been controlled by human being then we have to post some adjustment entries to minimize variances in system & finally it reflects in co's books of accounts

Here what I understood , Human Error happens unintentionally but one needs to take responsibility of error and correct it immediately. It can be applied in our personal life as well. Professional life where we spend prime time & take lesson every single day....Life Reconciliation in personal life is required to lead healthy life style.

Write Often

I make it a point to write something every day, even if it's only to myself. In fact, it is mostly to myself. How else do I get to know me? And how else do I get to know what I know until I hear what I have to say? The most important conversation in all our worlds is with ourselves. One way to converse is to take two words and then let your mind flow into them, around them and through them, and then out through your pen on to a blank white page. It doesn't matter what comes -but be sure that you will reveal yourself to yourself, and if you keep doing it I can guarantee you will be astounded by revelation. Start your journal today. Life Insights

Amazing as it may seem, every event, every scene has some significance. Nothing is without meaning. Life is like a book - each day a new page, each interaction a new paragraph. We read books to learn, so we may grow and become more complete and more effective as we play this game called life. Can you read the book of your life, can you study the scenes of your day, in such a way that you may learn and grow? To get started, take time out to reflect, review and realise something new at least once a day - more often if you can. What was really going on there? What was I feeling at the time? Why? If you do this retrospective processing, eventually you will be able to read each scene with great clarity as it happens. That's when the reader becomes the writer, and life becomes truly a creative adventure, where we are able to see and appreciate the significance and meaning within every scene, and know exactly how to respond.

Barriers to Love

Whatever is in your heart that is not clean, not true, will ultimately begin to act like a wall, obstructing the natural flow of love. People who say that there is no love in their life, are being blocked by this wall. Actually there is love, but they just cant accept it. Ego is the clearest example of this. Ego limits the flow of love by placing conditions on the love you give and receive. Ego uses love to satisfy its own needs and desires. It produces a love which is deceptive, one which brings only temporary satisfaction. Ego does not allow you to experience true love or share it. If fact, ego is capable of destroying your ability to feel love altogether
