“Commitment comes from within” Prof.Nilkanthan SIMSR, Busi.Ethics

There is only one silent topic discuss among Mgt.students on the campus that too about commitment….well today in Business Ethics class Prof.Nilkanthan was imparting knowledge on Commitment he said categorically commitment comes from within , it cant be imposed .Commitment is invisible but you can feel the absence commitment whether it is personal or professional.

It drives my attention to our orkut buddies commitment. Well nothing to say personally but one needs to do audit of commitment because it comes from within and absence can be felt in behavior and body language.

If there is strong connection between two individuals, commitment comes naturally. Strong connection and commitment are the two side of two coin.

Words

Words! They are all around me! I see them. I use them. Harsh words, soothing words, biting words; words that give pain and sorrow; words that give joy and pleasure. They are vital to communication. When words are spoken there are reactions, negative or positive. Either thoughts are triggered or emotions fired or actions performed. Words colour our behaviour. And how lovely it is to hear words that are calm and free from rancour and aggression. To hear words that lift the soul and leave it with renewed vigour. Such words are the sparks of purity. It is important to remember that my speech indicates what is in my mind. As the thinking, so the words uttered. Mental calmness makes my words calm. A pure mind makes for pure words. It is said that speech may exalt someone to kingship or send him to the gallows. I should never let myself indulge in false, bitter and vicious speech. My words should reflect my true, inner nature, that of purity and peace. Words, once spoken, can never be recalled. They reverberate all around, beyond our control. Today, as I utter words, what effect will they have on those who hear them? Will they be the words that are poisonous and cause pain? Or will my tongue be like that of the nightingale, sweet and so, so very soothing and lovely to the ear?

Heart's Call

There is a voice within which occasionally gets our attention and tries to remind us of how good and beautiful we are. It calls us from a time long ago when we first arrived for our journey in and through time and space. Those first moments were filled with pure joy, pure play, pure adventure. Whenever you meet someone today with a pure, innocent and trusting heart let them remind you of yourself during those first early years. They invoke the purity of your own heart, and invite you to be innocent again. It also shows you one of the greatest keys to real relaxation. It is the truth that we are all pure in heart...forever. It is only what we accumulate and learn from the world around us that blocks and clogs our heart. All evil is learned and can be unlearned. All depression is the result of the illusion that we have lost something, when in truth, we cannot lose what is of true value to us, the eternal qualities of our own spirit, our own self. In a quiet moment today, listen for your hearts call. It will tell you everything is really fine, there is no need to struggle, and that you are beautiful just as you are...and you will be again!

Readiness

Worrying about how everything will get done or whether I am capable of doing it limits my ability to respond to challenges considerably. The less I think about doing something and the faster I just get on with it, the fewer problems I cause myself. Good planning is always helpful, but time spent fretting and procrastinating is a major drain on my energy. The more willing I am to respond positively to opportunities, the more my capacity will grow.


Massive Action is the Guru Mantra.Think and Act , it helps to keep emotional hygine.

Gut feelings !!!!!!!!!………Carried Away by………..

It is often happens with us we try to judge everything whether it is good or bad……ethical or unethical. When we are sure about our gut feelings and march forward with subconscious mind we see big picture of life , otherwise we get carried away by others views and loose sight of big picture.

It is better to follow our own gut feeling than others , what do you say?

There is always scope for improvement !!!!!!!

Well , this sentence was said by my buddy Major.Mandar Patil (Indian Army) in the year 2001 .This sentence made a lot difference in my life.

Wherever we lack we need to tell our subconscious mind that there is always scope for improvement

Later, in the year 2005 Mr.Kuttapa (Store Manger-Mulund Big Bazaar) said about improvisation. This are the live examples of my life which has touched me some or the other and I started realizing life in new way.

Justice to all .................is called celebration of life completely !!!!!!!!

It is been observed that people want to do justice to everything .Well, one needs to be such strong person who can do justice to others as well , otherwise it will be one side justice which leads to self-centered motive.Think over it.

That is called true justice with balance life . Celebrate life completely !!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing around us is constant. The stock markets go up and down; natural resources alternate between abundance and scarcity; people move between happiness and sadness. Well , take an example of Dhoni (Cricketer) and Priyanka Chopra they have born and bought up in small town, still they emerge as an Youth Icon………well they have redefine the definition of talent and success……….hats off to this kind of emerging talent , specially rural and semi urban area
