There is only one silent topic discuss among Mgt.students on the campus that too about commitment….well today in Business Ethics class Prof.Nilkanthan was imparting knowledge on Commitment he said categorically commitment comes from within , it cant be imposed .Commitment is invisible but you can feel the absence commitment whether it is personal or professional.
It drives my attention to our orkut buddies commitment. Well nothing to say personally but one needs to do audit of commitment because it comes from within and absence can be felt in behavior and body language.
If there is strong connection between two individuals, commitment comes naturally. Strong connection and commitment are the two side of two coin.
